All orders are usually shipped USPS with insurance and tracking. If in the event I find better rates through different carriers these will be updated in item's shipping information.
When will my order ship?
1-5 business days. If there is any delay in shipping out your order I will notify you immediately.
Prints that are on pre-order usually have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks due to needing to be processed, printed, and shipped. Prints that are in inventory will be shipped out asap in 1-5 business days. All prints are verified by me and hand-signed mailed flat in between cardboard to protect the print in transit. Larger prints will be mailed rolled in a mailing tube.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on what part of the country or world you are in this may depend on many factors. USPS tracking will give an estimate, though that is subject to change. If you need your order faster please contact me for upgraded shipping before you place your order.
The buyer is responsible for any custom fees or duties that may incur in their country. Once your order is shipped there may be unforeseen delays due to holidays and Covid related restrictions.
Please check and make sure you are able to receive deliveries to your country.
Alert: USPS can no longer accept or deliver international mail to several countries due to COVID-19 service impacts. See all countries with temporary service and guaranteed-delivery suspensions.
I accept returns and exchanges on some items*. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back in new unused condition within 30 days.
*Due to the nature of paper products & digital items I am unable to accept returns on prints, all sales are final except in cases of damage or loss.
If your order arrives damaged please send me photographs and thorough documentation of the damaged item and packing materials within 14 days so I can file an insurance claim with the carrier and send you a replacement if applicable.
Original artwork will be refunded in the event it is damaged or lost in transit.
Note to Buyer
Please make sure that your address is correct and complete when filling out your order. I am not responsible for lost orders due to the wrong address. Please double-check and make sure everything is correct and complete before submitting your order.
I do my best to accurately capture the colors and qualities of each piece, due to monitor settings there may be some difference in appearance.
